Ronald D. Shrout is the President and its Broker for Bradford Real Estate Finance, Inc, a diversified full service Real Estate Finance and Mortgage Brokerage firm with offices located in Irvine, California. His expertise spans over 40 years of banking and finance for both commercial and residential markets. His leadership role encompasses areas of responsibility for corporate oversight and for the strategic direction of all loan origination and underwriting processes, for documentation management, fulfillment and packaging, as well as market analysis including risk management and pricing.
The first half of his 40 year career began in commercial banking and evolved into the residential side of mortgage financing. His stamina and well rounded accomplishments in banking and finance reflects Ronald Shrouts’ hands-on management style. He also leads the company’s process to improve and expand Bradford Real Estate Finance Services, Inc., by diversifying and partnering with Bradford Realty Services by offering new home purchases and 2nd home and investment property acquisition services. Ron states that his intention is to expand or ‘evolve’ company services to ‘become a real estate destination point’ as well as a ‘one-stop-shop having diverse services and products for just about anyone interested in buying, selling or financing real estate. This makes the whole real estate process easier, faster and less confusing for the home buyer, the home seller, the investor and anyone wanting real estate mortgage financing or home mortgage refinancing.’
Many clients have seen first hand how he is always attune to the needs of the client,. ‘One of the greatest joys of my career in lending is helping people save money on their mortgages or helping them buy their home’ Mr. Shrout says. He goes on to say ‘my belief in God and in His guidance helps me to be the best person I can be and to direct me in my responsibilities to be honest with myself and with others, and to be, as the bible states: a servant of all.’ This ethical and spiritual perspective helps to guide and direct him as he performs the duties as a real estate broker, business leader and as a husband, a father of two (2) beautiful daughters and as a grandfather of two (2) energetic grandchildren. As a 25 year member of a local Rod and Reel Club, his love for fishing and the open sea (when time permits) refreshes his energy by offering a sense of calm to the daily storms and demands of running a successful business.

Thomas E. Cowart: is Managing Director for Bradford Real Estate Finance, Inc., having started in the real estate mortgage finance business with Ronald Shrout back in 1991 as a loan officer. Within a few short years Thomas quickly rose up the corporate ladder by demonstrating his business acumen and creativity towards sales/marketing and business planning/development. ‘Tom really enjoys helping our clients. He is one of the hardest working people I know. His administrative and marketing background, and the ability to wear many hats sets him apart as one of our best corporate leaders,’ Ronald D. Tom believes that the greatest asset for any company is its clients. Protecting and expanding this asset is where he concentrates most of his time and efforts. ‘I believe in not only meeting the expectations of the client, but in exceeding their expectations,’ Thomas says.
Thomas brings a wealth of experience, strategic focus and mature business judgment gained during three decades of diverse marketing and sales leadership experience within a variety of entrepreneurial and technological based companies. He has earned a reputation of providing skilled and practical guidance as a business consultant and sales and marketing leader. He maintains a valid real estate sales licensed within the state of California.
Residing in Orange County, California, Thomas is married with four grown children and three grand-children. He also maintains a big interest in the science of Gemology (identification and grading of colored gemstones and diamonds), and is a Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) from The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers. He loves spending time with family, friends, serving his church and community, with a hobby of microphotography, and an interest in internet designs and desktop publishing.
